Christian Education

 It is the responsibility of the Christian Education Department to develop and promote Christian Education that gives children, youth, young adults, and adults knowledge and experiences in the Christian Faith.  Here at Neighborhood, this is done through several areas:  Sunday School (ages pre-school to adult); Vacation Bible School (held each summer for a week); Weekly Bible Study (Wednesday morning and evening); Young Adult Study Group (Brothers and Sisters); Children’s Ministry (various programs during the year for children); Youth (full program of active service, weekend trips as well as full week experiences).  In addition, we have a Tutorial Program serving students from a nearby public school.

In carrying out these responsibilities there are chairpersons and committees for each group.  Volunteers and new workers are always welcomed.
